Shipping Policy
We deliver to customers 2 days a week. Delivery will be made within 2 working days
upon payment for the orders and delivery time is from 9am to 6pm.
Orders above p1500 will be entitled to free delivery, otherwise, a flat fee of p100 will be charged for orders below p1500
In cases where there are changes to the delivery address/ contact details, customers
are to call 73587360 at least 48 hours prior to delivery on a working day.
Should delay of delivery date be required, the order will be subjected to a surcharge
of p100.
No amendment to an order is allowed once order is processed. To add items, kindly
create a 2nd order 48 hours prior to delivery and inform us via call at 73587360
Return & Exchange Policy
Should there be any discrepancies in the products received, kindly send us an email at
shinekmart@gmail.com or contact us at 73587360 All issues must be reported within 2
working days of receiving the product.
Discrepancies will be dealt accordingly:
-If any product proves to have been delivered in a defective order, exchange of
products/ refund will be offset
-If additional/wrong products are delivered, Shine Korea reserves the right to collect the
product(s) from customer
-If items are wrongly delivered by mistake, Shine Korea reserves the right to refund
difference or supply the correct item
-If item is damaged, Shine Korea reserves the right to request for photo evidence.
